Making A Booking
Placing An Option
When you have decided on the date you would like to travel, telephone or email the UK sales office to confirm availability. We will then hold a booking option at no cost to you for a short agreed period to allow you time to confirm details with other party members. Once you have confirmed you wish to proceed with the booking you will then be asked to complete paperwork and pay the non-refundable deposit within a specific timescale. If you either do not confirm the booking option nor complete the paperwork and pay the deposit within the agreed timescales then the booking option will lapse and the accommodation and course place will automatically be re-entered into our booking system as being available. If a booking option lapses and remains available then you are, of course, welcome to renew the option.
Holding Your Booking
Please complete the online booking form and submit it. We will then contact you to arrange your deposit payment. We require a deposit of £250 per person per week. Our bank details are available upon request and bank transfer is our preferred method of payment.
- Skivolution does not accept cheques, credit or debit cards.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Any alterations made subsequent to Skivolution receiving your booking form will, regrettably, incur an administration charge which will be advised at that time.

Confirming Your Booking
A confirmation acknowledgement of your booking will be emailed to you once your deposit payment has been processed by our UK office and it is at this stage that your booking becomes confirmed. Please ensure that you check your confirmation acknowledgement email carefully and notify us within 2 weeks of any changes which need to be made.
A final balance invoice will be sent by email. This final balance invoice must be paid no later than 12 weeks before your departure date. If payment is not received within this period the booking may be treated by Skivolution as cancelled by the client and we would retain the non-refundable deposits which have been paid. Bank transfer is our only method of settlement of your final balance invoice. When paying by bank transfer you will find our bank details at the bottom of the invoice. It would be appreciated if you include your name as a reference on your bank transfer payment.
Shortly prior to your departure date you will be issued with a final holiday confirmation email and guest information sheet. Please note that winter sports insurance is not included in the cost of your holiday and you should ensure that you have full winter sports holiday insurance in place before travelling. Now that the UK has left the EU, all non-EU Nationals should view Visiting the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) or the relevant German or Austrian embassy websites. We advise that EU Nationals ensure their passport is valid for the entirety of your holiday and for at least six months after the journey home. This information should be double checked with the relevant home embassy. Children (including infants) require their own passport. .
